You deserve better.

You are time-poor and tired. Fatigue and stress are catching up with you as you realise that you can’t keep up the pace and the demands of the juggle of life like you used to.

Nights are restless, and feeling recharged by morning seems to be a thing of the past. The 3am wake-ups are stuffing up your morning workouts, which has a knock-on effect on your mental health.

Your clothes are getting tight and life feels heavy. When both energy and motivation are in short supply, everything feels overwhelmingly hard.

What's really frustrating is that you know what you 'should' be doing but it's just not working for you anymore.

Everytime you try to get back on track, the kids get sick, work spills over or you wake up feeling like a train wreck for no particular reason and everything unravels again.

You're wondering, "is this all 'just hormones', or is there more to it?"

Chances are, your hormones are making your brain and body work a lot harder to do the same things right now.

But midlife can also be a time when a whole melting pot of life stuff starts to boil over and life DEMANDS a change. It's no longer good enough just to cope and survive.

When you are already struggling, 'trying harder' isn't the answer. Asking for support at this time acknowledges that you've tried your best but you are ready to be guided on a different path forwards instead of going around in circles.

And honestly, you deserve it more than anyone!

A DIFFERENT WAY THROUGH

Small, sustainable shifts that actually hold.

This is not a complete overhaul, a rigid protocol or a four week promise that couldn't possibly deliver.

This is real human support across the four things that actually drive how you feel - and that hold you, even when life doesn't:

Movement, Nutrition, Sleep and Mindset.

You can take change as far as you want to but you have to start small if you want it to last.

YOUR GUIDE

Hi, I'm Mel

"I don't give you a plan and leave you to it. I stay with you through the hard bits."

I've been a physiotherapist for nearly 30 years and I've spent most of that time helping people who haven't responded to routine healthcare.

I'm also in the same stage of life as you. I absolutely practice what I preach (although I still eat too much chocolate!).

**But I'm not like most health coaches who are helping other people based on their own recovery journies.**

I have a deep, deep toolkit of strategies and resources based on evidence-based healthcare practice and my experience with thousands of patients across my career.

My expertise in peri/menopause comes from extensive extra study, observation, lived experience and collaborations with some of Australia's best practitioners, like WellFemme.

Sam

Before I started, there was just so much information out there, and a lot of it conflicting. I knew I needed to do all these things, but trying to do all of them at once is clearly never gonna happen. I'd always been fairly motivated and self-driven, and then all of a sudden I felt like I was constantly starting from scratch. It all kind of led to a real low point. I was like, am I just depressed? I'd seen a few different doctors, and they just weren't really offering anything. It felt like the old school thinking. When I saw Mel's program, I went, this is what I need to just step through. Pretty early on, it was like: you don't have to do everything at once. That's where I was stuck before. The all-or-nothing mindset. Having that discussion, and being given permission to just focus on one thing at a time, and giving yourself a bit of grace to fail sometimes, that's definitely changed the whole perspective. Technically, I knew what to do, but I just didn't know how to do it. Having those little examples of how to implement things, and what to think about, that made the difference. It's not overwhelming anymore. I guess it's a bit of a relief. It's given me the mindset shift that I needed. Having someone to talk to about everything helps.

As a busy working mum it can be hard to admit you need to take time for yourself so you can better help others. It's even harder to acknowledge you need help to learn how to do this well. I'm so glad I took the time to connect with Mel via (her program). Prior to seeing Mel I was frustrated that I seemed to keep finding short term solutions to finding balance in my life. I needed help to pull a bunch of previous learnings together in a way that worked for me. Short, small steps were important, and self acceptance that there will be steps back to keep moving forward. I expect this will be life-long learning for me. I'm thankful to Mel for helping me joint the dots, for patiently listening as I spoke through my barriers and supporting me to explore new strategies. One step at a time. Thank you Mel - for your professional and approachable support, for your patience and encouragement. For helping me on my journey to be gentle and accepting of myself, while continuing to achieve my health and wellbeing goals. I look forward to continued learnings. Thanks Jo

Karlee

For as long as I can remember, I had a really negative relationship with food. I've done every diet out there to try battle weight gain. Until Mel, I was never able to really address that negative relationship and analyse why. Mel provided a safe space and gentle, non-bias coaching to help me figure out why I struggled with moderation and binge eating. She was able to assist me in finally quieting that voice that made me feel guilty on the daily and guide me in controlling my impulse eating for the right reasons. The lessons she taught me are invaluable. Highly recommend her and her program - Karlee

FEEL STRONG, CONFIDENT, AND IN CONTROL AGAIN

What would it feel like to be you again?

Imagine waking up and it's just morning. Not a battle. Not a calculation of how many hours you got and whether you can cope. Just morning.

You slept. Properly. And you notice, somewhere around the second coffee that you didn't actually need, that the low-grade dread you'd stopped registering, because it was always there, isn't.

Your body feels like yours again. Not perfect. Not like it did at 32. But capable and trustworthy in a way that actually matters more now.

You move through your day with something you'd quietly given up on: reserve. Enough to get through work without running on fumes. Enough to be present with your kids at 6pm instead of just physically in the room. Enough to make choices instead of just reacting.

The juggle hasn't disappeared. But you're not just holding your breath through it anymore.

You're not a different woman. You're just the version of yourself that was always there, waiting on the other side of the chaos.

Steadier. Stronger. And, honestly, a little proud of yourself for getting here.
